How To Create Section Overview Pages

Section Overview pages are often used in order to make navigation within the site easier and more efficient.

Without Section Overview pages, in which all of the pages within a section are listed (for instance, on the left side of the screen), users would have to go back to the main page of the section every time in order to access the next page within the section.

In order to overcome this hassle, the redirect option can be used in order to create a Section Overview page at the root of the section.

To do this, simply create a page which will house the rest of the section's pages underneath it, and in the "Page" tab, rather than giving the page its own URL, select the "Redirect" option.

This parent/container page should be specified to redirect to a page directly underneath it that provides an overview or list of all of the pages included within the section.

From here, users can select which page they would like to view, with the overview list still remaining visible on the screen, so that whenever they wish to move to a different page, they can do so by simply selecting it from this list (rather than going back to the original parent page).
