CRM Overview

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module is used to store information about company employees, customers, partners, and the like.

When selecting the CRM module from the drop-down menu at the top-left corner of the administration site, you will be presented with the CRM Administration, and the tabs representing its 5 composite sub-sections.

In the following list, simply click on the name of one of the tabs, and you will be taken through a simple, yet thorough tutorial on using that section's features.
