Searching for Companies

Once a company has been entered into the CRM system, its entry can be located and viewed by making use of the "Companies Search Criteria" table found in the Companies tab of the CRM module.

Simply enter the desired company's name and/or any other known information into the appropriate field(s) of the table, and then click on the "Search" button (as displayed below).

You will then be presented with a list of companies meeting the specified criteria in the lower table of the screen. Simply click on the desired company's name, and you will be taken to that company's listing, where you can view and/or edit all of its relevant details.
