Personal Details

Within the Personal Details tab of a contact's listing, many useful bits of information can be viewed and/or modified within the context of the following 5 tables:

Person Names:
This table allows you to specify all of the basic nominal information about a particular contact, as can be seen in the picture below. In order to modify any of the details, simply click on the Edit icon in upper right-hand corner of the table.

Contact Types:
This table allows you to specify what type of contact the person in question is, and whether or not he/she is active or feature d.

Mailing Groups:In this table, you can specify whether the contact belongs to any specific mailing groups by clicking on the Edit icon and selecting the desired group from the list, if any exist.

Personal Datasheet:In this table, you can store many specific details about the contact, in sections such as Professional, Personal, Clothing Size, and Hobbies & Preferences, which could be useful in maintaining relationships with customers, targeting them with appropriate products, and/or quickening the ordering process for future purchases, as the required information, such as clothing size, will already exist within the system. In order to modify the details of this table (displayed below in both its collapsed and expanded forms), simply click on the Edit icon and proceed to fill in/edit the desired fields.

Marketing Data:This table allows you to specify the source through which the contact found out about your company/website (information that could be useful for marketing). In order to modify this field, simply click on the Edit icon and select the desired source from the drop-down menu (as displayed in the picture below).
