CRM Overview

The CRM (Contact Relationship Management) tab of the Project Management module is used to create and effectively manage databases of all relevant contacts, whether clients, partners, employees, or other companies.

Due to the system's fully integrated nature, the CRM tab allows you full access to all contact entries within the system, even those created outside Project Management, within the actual CRM module. At the same time, the CRM tab allows you to create new contact entries within the Project Management module as well, which can then be accessed from the system's other modules.
