For each blog post visitors can leave comments about the post.
Controlling who can make comments
- Click on the blog you want to work with
- Click on Access Rights
- Scroll to the bottom to the section that says "Comments"
- Select the user groups that can make comments on your site. The base groups are as follows.
- Everybody: This means that anyone that visits the blog can make a post. They do not need to log in or register
- Users: This means that the user must log in first. It doesn't matter what access group they belong to, just as long as they have a login
- Guests: This group only includes people that are logged in
- Administrators: This group is for users that have administrative access to the system
- You can create as many groups as you want by going to CRM > Setup > Access Groups
Moderating comments
Each comment is moderated within the system. To approve or reject a comment perform the following steps
- Click on the blog you want to work with
- Click on comments
- Click the checkbox for the comment
- Click either Approve or Delete
