Blog Comments

For each blog post visitors can leave comments about the post.

Controlling who can make comments

  1. Click on the blog you want to work with


  2. Click on Access Rights


  3. Scroll to the bottom to the section that says "Comments"


  4. Select the user groups that can make comments on your site. The base groups are as follows.
    1. Everybody: This means that anyone that visits the blog can make a post. They do not need to log in or register
    2. Users: This means that the user must log in first. It doesn't matter what access group they belong to, just as long as they have a login
    3. Guests: This group only includes people that are logged in
    4. Administrators: This group is for users that have administrative access to the system
    5. You can create as many groups as you want by going to CRM > Setup > Access Groups



Moderating comments

Each comment is moderated within the system. To approve or reject a comment perform the following steps

  • Click on the blog you want to work with


  • Click on comments


  • Click the checkbox for the comment


  • Click either Approve or Delete
