RMS User ID Data Type

The "RMS User ID" data type allows you to create fields, invisible to the user, that will automatically detect and record their RMS ID, so that you know who has filled out the item creation form in question

In order to create such a data type, simply enter an appropriate name into the "Add New Data Type" window and select "rms user id" from the "Type" drop-down menu.

Once you are finished, click "Save," and the "RMS User ID" data type will be added to the "Available Datatypes" list.
